actually it might have the opposite effect.. too much vasodialation and the heart has to work harder to keep the blood pressure up.. its not that simple.. for the most part its safe to run, but i dont go over 6mg a day myself

aright.. without even have read the whole study, i will say that bcaa's are a waste of time unless you have very long workouts.. furthermore, if your nutrition is on point its almost worthless to run them..
bcaa's have their place... but most regular guys trying to get in shape have absolutely...
