S4 / MK 2866 SARMS Combo Log

Hi Guys - I promised Presser I would get a log going on these SARMS. They just arrived and I am starting them tonight.

I actually gave the company a call as well and spoke with one of the owners at Premier Pharmaceuticals. Nice guy with alot of good info. I was glad I called as well since he gave me instructions on how to take them since it is different than the many other sarms being sold on the market. They have a patented delivery system for both of their SARMS in which you will place the SARM under your tongue for 20 secs and then swallow. This is done between 30-60 minutes before working out. It was also nice to hear the professional facility these guys are running within the USA and their level of quality. They are also responsible for other rehab medications for other things. One thing that separates them with the quality of their SARMS is that they DO NOT put alcohol in their products. Not only is it illegal but it lessens the potency. That is why other companies require multiple doses. Furthermore, that is why you cannot administer sublingual since it would burn the shit out of your mouth.

So, tonight we have Shoulders on the schedule. I am already on MC IGF at 80mcgs on training days and 40mcgs on off days. Just starting my third week with that and feeling great. I am feeling leaner for sure and my muscles are starting to feel more fuller. I also seem to feeling more harder than before. So great stuff there.

Great! Let us know exactly how much you're taking and when. The dropper is not consistent in what is pulled in so I'm using a 1 ml slin pin. Other specifics I don't know about are 1) do you take it on empty stomach? 2) do you go a certain number of days on/off? 3) how much on non-training days? And any other details I'm over looking.

Hi Lee - as far as I know, MK is taken every day for 6-8 weeks at the 35mg dose. The 35mg is one full dropper. The company said to properly fill the dropper is to quickly pump it twice to avoid any air bubbles. And it does not have to be on an empty stomach. The dose should be the same every day.
 
Hi again - here is some additional info straight from the owner regarding your question Lee.

The best way is to have some food in your system so you have enough glycogen in your system to be utilized by the Sarms.

You should take one full dropper 30 minutes before *workout so you feel the pump and muscle fiber working harder and the endurance increase,*and at anytime in your days off.

Ok - wasn't able to follow up earlier today, so I will combine Day 1 and 2 since I trained tonight.

Day 1 - 35mgs of both MK and S4 each. Under the tongue then swallow. I took this after eating a preworkout meal which of course was 15 mins after pinning IGF. My routine changed slightly since I am now eating before training. I never did this before. But since starting up IGF again 3 weeks ago, I am now having my preworkout drink 15 mins after IGF. It consists of c4 ripped, BCAA and creatine. But shortly after, I am taking down 2 Oatmeal packets (I tend to go with the protein ones) and a scoop of whey. I also drizzle a lil honey or add some fruit. Now the only reason I am doing this is to fill up on the carbs for the IGF. But it is also making more sense to me to have this since my prior meal was 3 hours ago. I think this extra fuel is certainly helping during the training.

So anyway....after eating this, I take both SARMS and then head to the gym 30 mins later.

Day 1 was shoulders. What I noticed on Day 1 is something that these SARMS do advertise. More strength and endurance. If I had to say two things I really noticed unless it was all in my friggen head, is that I pushed more, did more sets, was not tired at all and was able to even bang out cardio after. Now that is something I havent been doing in weeks since I train late. And after almost 2 hours of lifting, the last thing I wanna do is cardio. So I head home and have a shake. But for Day 1, I actually completed 7 SETS of shoulder presses and finished at a higher weight than ever before. All the other exercises were normal, rear delt raises, front raises, side raises, shrugs. But I was going for that extra set and it was no prob. I felt great and then banged out cardio with ease. So there might be something there concerning this endurance quality.

Day 2 was legs. I started with squats. And again felt strong and went at least 6 sets. Now with this exercise, I finished with my highest weight to date for 5 reps. I was happy and impressed. Went over to the sled and did another 5 sets there and also finished with a higher weight than ever before. Now when I am saying higher weight, I am talking like an extra 50 - 100lbs on the squat and sled than last week. I think that is a noticeable increase. I hit 6 sets for calf raises and again finished at a higher weight. I moved on to leg extensions in which I was also able to do more and then leg curls which I believed stayed the same. I finished with some supersets of hip abductors (both in and out).

So only 2 days in and these seems to be positive. I really wanna see what happens with chest and arms days. But I do feel like I can keep on going and that was not the case in recent weeks.
 
Just a quick update for anyone looking to use these SARMS. The company verified today that they would recommend running BOTH MK2866 and S4 on a 5 DAY ON / 2 DAY OFF protocol. Less stress on receptors as per them and better results.
 
With day 1 and 2 results you gotta be excited about chest and arms coming up!

Hey Iron...yea man. I have Chest and Tri's on the menu tonight. I am excited to see if I notice a difference or see more strength. Premier is the only company I have seen recommending the 5/2 day protocol for OSTARINE. I have heard of that for S4 only if you experience any vision issues. But I have no problem following that and being more safe and giving the receptors a break perhaps.

Concerning dosage, Premier is actually recommending MORE on the OSTARINE than what I have seen with others. Others mention going as high as 25mg or so. Whereas Premier is 35mg. Some others however require to take 2 doses. Premier product seems to be more high quality since you only need 1 dose and it can go sublingual. Now when it comes to S4, many other companies recommend to start with 50mg and go up from there. I will not mess with this SARM and stay at the recommended 35mg.

It's like the eyes are just more sensitive to yellow so it's like that color gets amped up. Other colors look normal. I notice it the most at night where most headlights look really yellow. I have a critical color correction job coming up, and that requires my vision to be good so I'm stopping the S4 for now. The droppers aren't very good so I have a syringe without the needle that I can draw up 1 ml at a time with.
 
Hi BigZ - how long have you been on the SARMS? Especially S4? Are you using Premier as well? I agree with the droppers - they are tricky.

I'm gonna be back with the wrap up of Week 1. I am following the two days off, so I have been off yesterday and today. The doses will continue tomorrow for Week 2.
 
Big E - how long have you been on so far??

Ok, so Week 1 wrap. I reported the first two days above with what I saw. Now my third day in was Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. I had chest / tri's on the schedule. Now I started with my usual routine: DB Flat Press, Smith Incline Barbell, Incline DB Fly, Standing Cable Crossovers and Flat Pullovers. I've been really loving the pullovers. I like finishing chest with a few sets....love the stretch.

So concerning chest...not sure if I really felt anything different on the db press. Although on my 5th set, I grabbed a higher set for like 3-4 reps to finish. Felt strong on the smith machine - pushed slightly more on my 4th set. I did my usual 4 sets for incline DB flys. Felt strong though. Might have done a few more reps on 3rd and 4th set. Definitely felt stronger on the cable crossovers - went a bit heavier and more reps.

So overall, I felt good on chest but nothing crazy. But I will say this and more experienced guys can comment. I hit shoulders pretty heavy 2 days prior. I am wondering if that could have affected my chest workout. Not sure.

Tri's are up next and I felt really good. My tri's felt pumped and full. Gotta contribute that to the IGF though. Started with close grip barbell press, over the head rope kickouts, reverse grip pulley kickbacks and then pushdowns. Definitely had the endurance and slight increase in strength. Overall, I banged out like 20 sets of chest and another 14 sets or so for Tri's.

Took Thanksgiving off and went back strong on Friday after a massive chowdown. LOL
