Best thing you do to hit the rear delts?

db bent over flys
cable high pulls with rope to rear delts (need video to show you)
upright rows with rope to rear delts (need video to show you)

a couple movments I would have to show you how to really feel the rears good...I'll try to get them up here in a week
 
I like dropsets on the reardelt machine imo its about blood volume and feeling the constant tension on the reardelt. I also hit them on back day as well.

def like the bent over d/b flys, seated or bent over with forehead on bench, both are great. My fav shoulder workout is rotating side lats, first rep palms down, second rep rotate your palms so they are facing behind you with pinky up and thumb down, 3rd rep do the opposite where thumb is up and pinky is down, thats one rep. After I get done doing these my shoulders are normally spent, usually have to do really light weight cause its so many reps but it def burns all over the delts and some traps.
 
BO DB flyes are the best thing for me. I've also started doing these (I'll try to explain the best I can), you sit at the end of the bench (sitting upright) and hold a pair of dumbbells palms facing in, then you pull the dumbbells to you as you would in a dumbbell row, but you really kick your elbows back. You feel it in your lats too, but really feel it in your rears. These have been helping me for a change of pace
 
cables with a rope or nylon strap, bringing your hand moving from opposite side to side of that arm, elbow bent, doing a half circle type of motion, arms in a horizontal plane, bring your elbow back towards the end of the movement as if u were elbowing someone behind u slightly to your side
 
I do the rear delt machine and bent over DB flys, Im looking for something new to try.

These are what I do when I exercise the rear delts directly.

Is this similar to a BO DB row only standing with a cable crossover machine? I just want to be sure it's what I'm thinking it is
 
I back hand my wife as much as possible! It realy works those rear delts!

It hits it different than that.
u have to have your hand pronated, like if u had a samarai sword in ur hand with your whole arm horizontal and your elbow starts infront of your neck, than keeping your elbow at like a 110 degree angle you move your hand in a half circle motion from which ever side u start, to the complete opposite side, until your elbow goes to the same point where if u had your back to a wall and u did this motion your elbow would hit it.
