What do you find that just really hits the rear delts?
db bent over flys
cable high pulls with rope to rear delts (need video to show you)
upright rows with rope to rear delts (need video to show you)
Try the thing I said, not too many ppl do it and it hits them really wellI do the rear delt machine and bent over DB flys, Im looking for something new to try.
cables with a rope or nylon strap, bringing your hand moving from opposite side to side of that arm, elbow bent, doing a half circle type of motion, arms in a horizontal plane, bring your elbow back towards the end of the movement as if u were elbowing someone behind u slightly to your side

It hits it different than that.Is this similar to a BO DB row only standing with a cable crossover machine? I just want to be sure it's what I'm thinking it is
