IGF 1 LR3 and anabolic diet good results?

Hey guys I'm currently doing the anabolic diet...low on carbohydrates right now ;)

So can I take IGF 1 and receive good results?

Anyone did that before?
 
you could take IGF and eat twinkies while doing yoga and have great results.....that's how bad ass MC IGF is.........
 
I would def take in some carbs pre workout with your igf. Pumps are that much greater. In your case since you are low carbing. I would go with half a cup of oats and some kind of fruit say a banana. Complex and simple carb ratio
 
It will most definitely work...at least has for me. I'm on very little to no carbs on some days. If you feel like you need some, eat them. After a while, it won't matter what you eat.
 
Yeah I would definitely eat carbs and just make sure they're complex carbs bro and your diet will stay intact for sure! But you need some carbs brutha
 
The IGF drains me if I am not doing carbs almost exactly as Press prescribed on my "big thank you" post. On no/low carb days all I wanted to do was sleep.
 
good igf can make you go hypo...i don't think keto or anabolic diet is a good idea...
 
well if I eat some carbs like an Apple be4 and after?

I do not have to take the IGF LR3 7 days a week I thought only prew.

each person is different in how many carbs they will need to prevent going hypo on igf or slin...the premise of keto and anabolic is virtually NO carbs m-f then refeed on weekends...so if you're training only weekends then fine, but during the week with no extremely low or no carbs is dangerous...

you'd be better off doing a low fat and moderate carb high protein diet...easier to control yourself then
 
I tried mod carb diet etc... didn't loose the fat I wanted too... with anabolic diet its working great and I feel much better...


Well otherwise I've to wait to inject until im better on carbs... don't wanna risk something
