Hi guys, i have been trying a new pre-workout from SEI, it is only for hard core people since the flavor is not as good as the commercial shit around like NO Explode or others pre-workouts but who cares about flavor if the stuff works.
I did arms friday and the focus, energy and pump was insane, so for my 2 kids i was training that day and sunday i did shoulders and i was really amazing, i couldnt believe how pumped my shoulders got. Today i did quads and i was really focused and full of energy. I did 18 sets of 15 reps, increasing weights on each set and resting only 30 minutes between sets.... I wasnt able to walk, that is one of my typical workout for legs i have been doing lately but this time with this product the pump was really unbelievable.
