The 2023 Dubai Fitness Championships (DFC) took place Dec. 8-10, 2023. The invite-only contest featured some of the world’s top CrossFitters in the Individual Women’s and Individual Men’s divisions competing across three days of grueling workouts.
After eight events, which included an obstacle race, a full weightlifting competition, and a chipper, Karin Freyová of Slovakia and Roman Khrennikov were crowned the overall champions with 702 and 717 points, respectively.
