The 2023 Musclecontest International Rio Pro is slated for Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The contest features 12 IFBB Pro League athletes from the Bikini division, all of whom represent the host country. The winner will qualify to compete in the Bikini Olympia at the 2023 Olympia Weekend in Orlando, FL, on Nov. 2-5, 2023.
None of the athletes on the roster have yet qualified for the 2023 Olympia entering the show. Whoever wins the title will be the sixth Brazilian competitor in the 2023 Bikini Olympia.

Ana Paula Baggio
This is Ana Paula Baggio’s third contest of the 2023 season. She ranked third at the 2023 Japan Pro and fourth in the 2023 Musclecontest Campinas Bikini Pro. It has been five months since she last competed, meaning she had time to add muscle and improve her shape. She seeks the first win of her pro career.
Mirian Barbosa
Mirian Barbosa has two top-three finishes this season. She was the runner-up to Halanna Jully at the 2023 Musclecontest International Excalibur Pro three weeks before this contest. She was also third at the 2023 Musclecontest Campinas Bikini Pro. She has been consistent, and if she peaks properly, she is certainly a threat to take the crown in Rio de Janeiro.
Jessica Machado
Jessica Machado is in her second pro season, and many fans have taken notice of her in 2023, thanks to her bronze finish at the 2023 GRL PWR Championships. Though her first pro win has thus far eluded her, she continuously brings podium-worthy packages to that stage, and a pro win seems only a matter of time.
This is one of three Bikini division shows taking place on this particular weekend. The others are at the 2023 Masters Olympia in Cluj, Romania, the 2023 World Klash Pro Championships in Charleston, SC, and the Tokyo Pro in Tokyo, Japan on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023.
