The 2023 Official Strongman Games (OSG) concluded on Dec. 3, 2023. Kicking off on Dec. 1, 2023, in Charleston, WV, the 2023 OSG featured athletes competing across 10 divisions:

Each division was challenged with six events to determine their respective champions: Overhead Medley, Carry Medley, Deadlift Ladder, Load and Drag, Bag Over Bar, and the Atlas Stones.
