I made a TikTok video of my “cortisol train” article. In that article, I make the suggestion that if you want to build muscle, you may want to lay off self-dosing of caffeine throughout the day.
Here’s my point. EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE, has different genetics, so everyone will look different and respond to different diets and foods. Everyone will gain muscle at different rates and lose fat at different rates. That is why you should NEVER compare yourself to anyone. Look in the mirror and judge yourself and how you feel.
Bodybuilding is experimental, and that is what I am suggesting in this article. If you consume a lot of caffeine, maybe see if you can reduce it by at least half and see what happens to your body, you may be surprised.
I think the angry comments are from people that are closed-minded and refuse to change. Don’t be closed-minded, and don’t be afraid to change; what is the worst that can happen!! And from experience, I can tell you that the body stops responding if you keep doing the SAME workout routine day after day. When you change your workout and diet, you WILL change.
