Based on how 2023 Fitness Olympia prejudging, Missy Truscott was on track to win her third title. The rest of the top three based on the comparisons were Whitney Jones and Ariel Khadr. While Truscott seems to be the favorite, nothing is certain in bodybuilding.
The performance routines in Fitness count for two-thirds of each athlete’s overall score. That round was held in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, on Friday, Nov. 3, 2023. Oksana Grishina emerged as the overall champion following the physique and routine rounds. Below are the results:

Whitney Jones had an inspiring performance in her return to the Olympia stage, but she appeared to suffer an injury near the end of her routine. Olympia rookie Taylor Learmont showed incredible athleticism in her debut on this stage, and she earned new fans as a result. As the defending champion, Truscott was last.
Truscott’s routine involved a Spartan helmet and cape, indicating she was here to fight for the title. Unfortunately, she also suffered an injury near the same spot Jones suffered hers.
The top five awards were issued later in the evening. The top two were the legendary Oksana Grishina and Taylor Learmont. Grishina was announced as the overall champion and scored the fifth Fitness Olympia of her career, a staggering six years after achieving her fourth.

- Taylor Learmont — $20,000
- Jaclyn Baker — $12,000
- Ariel Khadr — $7,000
- Whitney Jones — $6,000
Grishina, Learmont, and Baker, ranking as the top three overall, automatically qualified for the 2024 Olympia. The other athletes will have to win a pro show during the 2024 season to return to the Olympia stage.
