Andrea Shaw Wins 2023 Ms. Olympia, Scoring Fourth Consecutive Title

Three-time defending Ms. Olympia champion Andrea Shaw wanted to add a fourth Olympia to her four Rising Phoenix world titles. However, to accomplish. that feat, she would need to once again defeat 2022 Olympia runner-up Angela Yeo, who brought the best package of her career to the 2023 Olympia stage, as well as oust the other eight contenders in the Friday night finals on Nov. 3, 2023, in Orlando, FL.

Two callouts were made in the finals of the Ms. Olympia contests. Comparisons were made, and the top athletes performed individual posing routines. Once the judges submitted their scorecards, Andrea Shaw ranked above the field to claim her fourth consecutive Ms. Olympia title. The results are listed below:

Individual presentations followed the callouts. Each of the 10 Ms. Olympia competitors performed their posing routines before the judges’ scorecards revealed who ranked where. The final results are below:

2023 Ms. Olympia Results

  1. Andrea Shaw — $50,000
  2. Angela Yeo — $20,000
  3. Alcione Barreto — $12,000
  4. Sherry Priami — $7,000
  5. Natalia Kovaleva — $6,000

Shaw, Yeo, and Barreto are automatically qualified for the 2024 Olympia scheduled for Oct. 10-13, 2024, in Las Vegas, NV, for ranking in the top three in Orlando.

This weekend is far from over. Still to come on Friday night are the 2023 Wellness Olympia finals, which seem likely to be a repeat battle between two-time defending champion Francielle Mattos and 2022 Wellness Olympia runner-up Isabelle Nunes. After that, the 2023 Mr. Olympia prejudging will occur, offering fans a glimpse into who is likely to contend for the most coveted prize in the sport.

2019 Mr. Olympia champion Brandon Curry was on the cusp of a potential withdrawal earlier in the day Brandon Curry due to a previously unknown ulcer flareup. Still, he has since been cleared and is expected to compete.
