BIGGEST CUTTING CYCLE MISTAKES! #askDave

1:45 – You said in one video the last week before contest you would drop the clen down to 20mcg per day. Would you also have an athlete lower the T3 or not?
3:20 – I have flat feet and I always have my orthotics soles when I train, cause my lower back suffers if I don’t have them. Anyway, I have much better ROM when I elevate my heels on the platform while doing squats. Since I can’t find that platform in every gym, what is your opinion on elevated heel lifting shoes instead? I wouldn’t be able to put my orthotics in them though. Are those safe for people with flat feet and lower back issues?
6:30 – How u feel about splitting gear* doses into 7 days a week as opposed to the typical 2 xs a week? I made that switch using the same stuff and roughly same amounts (what I hear is considered relatively low dose in total) and have had such better results.
9:03 – Is test enanthate and equipoise a good combo for the off season or should I add d ball or anapolon?
10:17 – My joints are worn down especially my knees. I’ve done some research, and stem cells are not good enough yet here in Europe. What to do? Many studies suggest that deca combined with glucosamine and omega oils are effective. I’m just concerned about deca sides.

15:58 – I’m currently on a cut and tend to hold onto Bodyfat at 15% off-season. I’m currently on 300 test and 300 masteron a week and been advised not to increase test due to my bodyfat and I will get fat but raise masteron what’s your thoughts?

17:28 – If youre a person who hates carbohydrate powders, what are some good carb options to have directly post workout with your protein shake? Currently im doing Bagels.

21:00 – Do you have to do bloodwork for each new compound you’re introducing in your cycles and is it worth trying out different testosterone esters (besides cypionate and enanthate) when you’re trying to learn about everything in a on and off season cycle?
23:00 – After age 40, is it still possible to compete at an elite level in bodybuilding? To what point can the body still evolve?
