When it comes to using healing peptides, the key is running them for at least 12 weeks. You're not going to heal an injury any faster in my opinion, and you keep it going even if you feel better.
You'll do fine on DSIP at 200 to 300 mcg, 30 minutes before bed. You don't want to go any higher. It's not about how much you do. It's about running it smart.
Equipoise is definitely the goat but to get the best benefits I would run it for a minimum of 14 weeks and I would run it at a minimum of 500 mg a week.
