I'll do 15-20 reps of Calf Raises, rest about 30 seconds, and then 15-20 Leg Presses with the same weight. My Calves will eventually go to failure, and I'll continue with Leg Presses...

    Thanks guy’s, I appreciate all of your comments! I did my first workout since competing on Friday and crushed Legs. I was 184lbs this morning and plan to stay somewhat lean during this upcoming Blast. It’s Chest & Bis today before celebrating our Country’s Independence💪🇺🇸 Happy Fourth MC!!!
