I'm 40 and loving my goals in the gym and in life. I prefer to work hard in the gym, I love dripping sweat from my efforts in the gym. I'm a legs kinda guy as this is my strongest body part. I've squatted 660lbs leg pressed 1400 while deadlifting 500 and benching 405. I feel that I can improve within all my lifts and I know that I will. I also feel that I will be atmy bbest shape when I'm 45 so I have to stay consistent which is the key in the gym and in the kitchen.
