20 mg a day is the standard dose but I've seen people running it as low as 10 mg and as high as 30 mg. It just depends on what you're looking to get out of it.

When it comes to TB500, you want to make sure you dose it at 5 to 10 mg for the first couple of weeks. Let it front-load in your system. This way you get the best results.
Half a mg to 1 mg in the morning; you can take half a mg in the afternoon. It shouldn't mess up your sleep at all. It's a good option to work on your mitochondria and help you with focus.
Anytime you can go over 300 lb on a lift, that's pretty damn good but going over 400 lb and going over 700 lb, now that is taking it to the next level. @Noah Wixx
