1.Safety and Transportation Policies

We have reached an agreement with a professional transportation team to ensure the safety of packages through various channels such as invisible transportation, fake packaging, and special dedicated lines.
Our transportation process is: customer payment - warehouse shipment to freight company - freight company shipment to customer's local transit warehouse - domestic transportation to customer's address. For popular countries such as the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe, we promise 100% safe delivery, 100% refund for any issues, and 30% -70% refund for other countries with issues. 2.Product quality and third-party testing
Product quality is our most important task, and we will use HPLC technology to test all batches of materials. If we conduct third-party testing on all products in each batch, it would be a huge expense. So we have contacted Janoshik and will regularly conduct blind sample testing on the product. If you need any product testing, you can also provide suggestions. I will do my best to meet everyone's needs. If a customer is willing to release laboratory or blood test results, we will provide you with the product or raw materials you want as a gift. Our finished product has sufficient dosage, sometimes slightly excessive. If the dosage is insufficient and exceeds 15%, we will resend a new batch and issue a refund.
