40 years, started working out at 17, 1m74 48kg eXXXtomorph, normal keep about 70kg 10%bf, can top to 78kg 8%bf, kept 20 years disciplined 5 to 7 workouts a week, returned from 5 years thailand and quit 2 years training.. worst choice ever and try to get back on my feet. Straight, streetsmart nerd, happy MGTOW unites. Live your One and only life, respect who goes his own way, never follow a sheep!! At 40 and experienced thailand feels like ive seen it all. Dont need to live forever, live for the gift of life, dont let money or women drive you into a dumbass!!!
