@Chupapi7847 keep up the good work man. The ground beef, potatoes, and zucchini are a good mix; you're never going to go wrong with that and your other meals are healthy too. I got to start eating beans.
I'm sure people in advanced studies are using these types of things to ace their tests. There's all kinds of hacks right now. I just haven't had any use for these types of products because I'm the type of person who doesn't need anything, not even coffee to function.
@Noah Wixx my blood work was pretty similar for quite a while until I started using tren. Then my blood work really sucked for a couple years so it's good that you're avoiding tren.
@Chupapi7847 always good to check in with your coach. The gear protocol looks really nice. The testosterone and Masteron are definitely going to be a good mix to harden you up nicely.
@Noah Wixx this is a very simple and clean diet right here. Everybody should take note of that. It's not that hard to eat healthy and all the stuff that you're consuming is good tasting as well. The American diet doesn't have to be just smothering everything in oil and condiments.
@drtbear1967 being sick is the worst thing, man. The problem is you have no control over the situation. Just be careful if they give you those corticosteroids. Those are not something you want to use unless it's absolutely necessary.
I always tell people that you have to stress your body and push it to really improve. I realized that back when I was training for the Ironman. If I wasn't pushing myself to the point where I felt like I was going to throw up and pass out, then I wasn't going to be improving enough to keep up...
