@Mobster that's some big-time training right there. Keep up the good work. 981 pounds is something.

@EMW14 overall a good looking meal right there. That meat and potatoes is old school cliche but it does the trick.

Nice to see you in the flesh and seeing the changes you made. I'm glad you quit drinking and you are eating healthy now.

    HGH

Just keep in mind that with HGH any amount is going to be helpful and you don't have to stick to a specific dosage. It's not like using anabolic steroids.

    Best home blood monitoring company?

I thought there was already a thread on this somewhere on one of the sister forums or it could have been on this forum. I read that there are some companies that do this type of thing.

    HGH

Dosage is all over the place, that is correct. It's going to be completely dependent on what you're looking to get out of it. You can certainly take one IU before bed and get really good results with sleep and recovery.

@EMW14 not bad at all. Getting a nice incline gives it a little challenge as you're fighting gravity. So good to see you hitting the cardio.

I'll give you some advice on cardio. Group cardio will help because of the peer pressure.

Doctors can be full of shit

the doctor isn't wrong when they tell someone who is morbidly obese that they need to lose weight to boost testosterone levels. I would not recommend someone who's obese get on TRT. It can be extremely dangerous, thicken their blood, and lead to a stroke. They need to get in top shape first then...
