I’m looking to have better recovery from my workouts and Cardio.
Currently training five times a week and I’m looking at doing equipoise and testosterone
that those thing that I was thinking for Recovery would be 150 mg of testosterone and 300 mg of equipoise per week total
would it be okay if I use them once a week with the pinning or do I need to inject them more often?
On 48 years old and I’m 6’3” and I’m 218 lbs
