Here's another 15 minute full body home workout. I'll be starting with a 5 minute warmup session followed by my full body workout routine. I'll be using resistance bands and dumbbells today. Enjoy!

Definitely not my type of training but I'm glad you shared it for all. I love to see this sort of thing.
 
15 minutes of training full body will definitely hit the spot. It's a great option especially during the holidays when time is definitely a factor. I'm glad you are showing us how this is done.
 
It's wonderful to see these type of training. Full body workouts are insane. They really get everything taken care of in one shot.
 
You get a lot accomplished in just 15 minutes. That's some cool stuff. I can't wait to see more of the posts on this training.
