25 years old. And this is my third cycle. I’m about 85 kg and 5’7”. macros are 40/40/20 and I’m getting around 250g of protein/carbs per day and about half that in fat. I would like to put on some quality muscle mass and also recomposition. I would like to run 300 mg of equipoise and 25 mg of winstrol. How much testosterone would you recommend that I add to something like this for 12 weeks?
