Hi. 53-year-old male. 175 lb.

Looking to run a wolverine stack with collagen peptides.

I have not used peptides before and would appreciate if somebody could explain exactly how to do it, including dosage and frequency.

I have been trying to read as much as I can, but I keep getting conflicting information.

Like having the The wolverine stack pre-mixed or do them individually.

Example is I see wolverine stack premixed, but then read that the two peptides dosages would be different, and administered different times per week, which means that if they're mixed together you can't really two different dosages at different times!

So basically what I'm saying is I'm not really sure how to proceed and if anybody could explain it to me like I'm 5 that'd be great

Thank you

Hi @reallywt

TB-500 is well known to help with healing wounds, tissue repair, boosting blood flow, reducing inflammation and even relieving frequent/infrequent pain. However, you'll optimize overall body recovery by stacking with BPC-157.

By combining these two peptides, popularly known as the "wolverine stack" (which you are already aware of) you are theoretically going to promote localized tissue support and healing. This stack can help with tendon injuries, ligament strains, muscle tears, joint problems, and also post-surgery recovery.

As per dosage administration and duration of use, you'll typically take between 200 and 500 mcg of BPC-157 daily while you take between 2 and 5 mg of TB500 weekly for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. Also, site injection may help to promote quick healing. As for collagen, you should take between 10-20 mg/day.

You can check out UPsteroid TB500 and BPC-157 products as well as combined stack mix from Prime Pharma here.

Please feel free to send me a DM for more information and don't forget to use the coupon code UP2026 for a discount on all your orders.

Indeed. How much of an impact that has it open to debate.

It 'usable' vs 'optimal'.

my advice is to try it out yourself both ways. There is no black-and-white answer when it comes to these peptides. Everyone's going to have a different experience. I personally have been using BPC on my shoulder for the past month and it's been a blessing during fishing season.

bros, just go ahead and run it. A lot of people have success with it. It just depends on the injuries and what you are expecting. It's not going to cure some injuries but it can definitely speed up healing.

the Wolverine stack is very popular. You can also look at using KLOW. KLOW is a mix of four different healing peptides and a lot of people love it.

wolverine stack is simply a combo of bpc and tb500. whether you use it or just use them separate is no different. It boils down to the quality of the source. In either situation you want to run 1 mg every other day or 0.5 mg every day of each.

you are going to want to use it. with peptides you won't take advantage of them unless you actually RUN THEM. so go for it. generally 500mcg bpc a day is good. and tb500 you can do 1mgs EOD
