I'm looking to run some tirzepatide for fat loss. Wondering what you guys think about it and recommend the dosages.
A bit about me: I'm a male who is around 260 lb. I would like to lose weight and get into better shape. I've already started to eat better and exercise, but the weight just won't come off. I think I've lost maybe 5 or 10 lb maximum.

Tirzepatide is one of the best for fat loss but I would switch to retatrutide. It's a triple agonist versus a double agonist. You'll get better results.
 
Tirzepatide is a good starting point. Start out at 1 mcg a week, increase it slowly, and you can eventually get up to 4 mcg maximum per week in your situation.
