1 mg is good to start with. You can start increasing it to 2 or 3 mg and then go from there. You want to give it at least six months to really get the best benefits from it.
I think you'll do great on Tren. This is how I would run it though:
- 250 mg/week of Tren
- 200 mg/week of testosterone
- Run T-Bol with it at 30 mg/day
