reta can be ran very differently. Some people run it as low as 1 mg, some people run it as high as 6 or 8 mg. I think in your situation, start low and work your way up slowly.
Man, with your stats, you don't need any PEDs right now. What you need is to get on a consistent diet. Start by posting what you're eating on a daily basis and be honest. We're not gonna jump down your throat.
HGH should be done at least four to five months if you want best results. I would push two to three IUs per day. You don't have to do the same amount every day. You can alternate things.

When it comes to BPC and TB 500, you're not gonna go wrong stacking them together for 12 weeks minimum. I'd recommend doing the BPC directly into the injury. In the TB 500, you can do anywhere on the body.
