    1) you really shouldn't take an eca at the same time as clen.. if need be i can pull up the info for you .. but the combo is too much  for your system to handle at once.. 2) in a post about t3 and clen.. clen has a 10 high active time then 34-35 hours after where the effects dwindle down...
