    Better chest develpment?? Incline or flat bench??

    My chest routine is the following - Hammer Strength Incline Press 4x10 reps - Incline Dumbell Press 4x10 reps - Incline Dumbell Flye 4x10 reps - Cable Crossover 4x10 reps I guess a combination of various exercises is the best key to chest development.

    British Dragon

    I have heard nothing but good about BD. I just placed an order for Trenbolone (a friend of mine wanted this BD stuff) . I'll keep you posted
