    I love them but only do dumb-bells and keep it fairly light. I get the BEST feel for chest with this. Again, dumb-bells only. I do find that the barbell puts stress on my shoulders.

    Tks guys. I'm going to slowly wean off the caffeine and incorporate more dense caloric meals and throw in some junk. I'll PM Chris for his advice on Monday. I'm working three 12 hr days this weekend. I'm hoping this coming fall and winter, I'm able to put on a solid 20lbs. Thanks

    41. I'm thinking about eating a meal in the morning instead of the shake and coming off coffee. Coffee seems to def decrease my appetite for part of the day. I'm going to take my caloric intake way up this fall. Any other ideas are appreciated
