My coach has it down to a science. So far everyone that he's put on the stage has been peeled and grainy. I'm hoping that in 9 days I will uphold the tradition. Every bodybuilder, physique competitor, and even women's physique competitor, figure, and bikini competitors that he's put on the stage...

I make my own preworkout with non-flavored citrulline malate and beta alanine. Works quite nice, with no sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Doesn't taste very good, but works and helps me shred.

NPC Bodybuilding and Classic Physique. About to do the Dexter Jackson Classic in Jacksonville, FL in 9 days. I'll just be doing open light heavyweight bodybuilding and masters light heavy.

I really like where this thread is going!!

I do it on my phone, through chrome, and when I try to download the pics, it always says download failed. Hopefully getting my new phone soon, and maybe it will work better.

I like it!!! Just got a new qr reader on my phone and I used it on those above, and it directed me to the site.

Ok, let's see if I can get this dadgum computer to work now... Tapatalk wants to keep sending me to my backup account, and my phone won't let me post pics through chrome.
