I have a client that is apparantly serious about competing next yr in bikini and she asked me for help, which is good except I'm more versed in BB than bikini. I would imagine info about the same but have some differences......an anyone link me up w some sort of guide for competing bikini?? thanks

Wow brown rice on the hi GI, I have read on sites where its all over the place for GI, the worst I heard it was was medium but not hi. As a chicken & rice person (what could be faster and convienant?) I use either brown or paraboiled rice

As a competitor still contemplating competing at some point, I'll be 59 in 2 months and I know the 50 and over classes, although not crowded as the open classes, are still tough. In fact at 59, a 50 yr old would have a considerable advantage on me as those 9 yrs in age at this age are huge...

Being 58, I'm having one helluva time retaining body weight, just 8 yrs ago I was 245 now I'm arounnd 205 give or take. I use almost same dose of gear, same anabolics and eat 5-6 times a day. Not shocking my strength has dropped considerably from then which seems to be about the age when older...
