For me I do my best work when i track everything.... but i burnout with this so I like to take a break from it and do something more like youJoz. Same with diet. You have to do whatever works best for you at the time.

I personally notice I can maintain some kind of visible abs even when my diet gets poor.
A friend of mine had a bad accident and has been off gear/trt since summer and he put on a huge gut and he doesn't eat any different than before. He says it's from having no testosterone in his it system...
So the condition of hyperprolacticimia causes weight gain. Getting it under control drops that weight off.
My take away is keep that prolactin in check .... besides gyno you can put on fat.
