Just a thought. Would it work if u drop simple sugars and eat complex carbs like oats first thing? Since the gh is working for 3 hrs those complex carbs will have the time to kick over into simple carbs ie; sugar in say 2 hrs. But with less glucose spike....

Great post! I'm always looking for ways to blow up the wheels... but in the end I think a huge factor is being able to put in tons of time and super high levels of hard work into making this large Muscle group grow. Pushing past all levels and into another level of intensity.

Yup I have internal but every once in a while I get one poking out. Missed work a few times because of it. Eating fiber helps, dont overexert when you dump and get off the bowl quickly. Drink lots of water.

20 weeks is kinda long for a first cycle. If you plan on doing PCT it will be easier to recover from a 12 or 14 week cycle.

Yeah when I was 25 to 28 I was 200-205 and had to be no more than 10%. And no gear. I didn't touch gear till 34. Now on a trt dose I have to fight to stay under 15% and if I wanna be 10% need more than trt dose or the muscle mass says bye bye
