What's your goal. Is it a bulking cycle.
Just research and design your own cycle using dosage that makes sense to your experience level and to your stats and training.
Make diet a priority.

Since u are starting from scratch then just run test at 500 mg for 12 weeks. Your diet is key. U said diet is spot on. So u will need to increase cals to give the test something to build you up with.
Expect a little fat. Use cardio to keep the fat in check.

Slim shop refunded me but I had to spend 25 dollars for a test kit to prove it was bogus. So I got back a few bucks... but I know not to buy from them
