    well I will say that for me, I don't stress to much on the time of pre and post application of IGF for the workout. I do it at home, and could be up to an hour before my workout or a hour after.

    well it is an irregular heart beat and in my case makes the heart rate higher, this also means that my heart rate can go from 60 bpm to 90 bpm at resting and jump in that range within seconds so its a very uneasy feeling, and when I exercise it spikes and can even see it pounding on my chest...

    still no afib, so happy about that. carbs are about 75-100gram range right now, but can tell eating some brought me out of the run down feeling I was having. I plan on keep uping the carbs, been doing just oatmeal, but will throw in some potatoes. happy with the progress so far.
