The wheels are starting to fall off.
Hanging with the bro's last night and sitting in a chair, and the back of the chair gives out and I fell back and caught myself--in the process polished off my back like squats couldnt. lol can't win.
Hopefully it heals up back to normal pain by Wednesday...

Important indicator is that the back issue isn't getting worse week to week. So, worse case I am likely just prolonging the recovery process--but instead of taking time off I am still making descent...

I assure you it has nothing to do with mobility. Its a historical injury from clipping a tree snow boarding. Its cropped up over the past decade lol, however over the past 2 years its been particularly nasty--more than usual.
Thus I have to be pretty careful on exercise selection
