Volume day, since next Tuesday I will be on vacation I'm gonna do my squat workout Saturday or Sunday (probably Saturday so I have less impact on my bench Monday).

Have a bit of a long journey to October, my next competition. Going to be chasing a lot of things up with my training and experimenting with some new tactics... mostly wanting to put a lot more size into my lacking legs.
