Ive switched from 2min rest minimum, usually more like 3 to 5 min..to 90sec rest max on something like heavy deadlifts. Usually closer to 60 sec now. Had to lower the weight but its worked. I may lift lowe numbers, but look and feel alot better. Also focus on time unde tension. 3 second...
you won't fail a drug test because it doesn't have THC in it. I tried the "black hole" supplement years ago which has CBD in it supposably. I noticed no increased appetite or other effects from it
Never gotten anyting where every shot hurt. But have had a handful of bad shots. Don't know what went wrong or what I might have hit but it just hurt like hell. But it's usually only one shot out of entire vile so I know it's not the compound
Well if you don't make gains at least you don't get a lot of sides LOL. I'm actually about to try some lgd from mc. Heard there were a lot of fake sarms for sale now. Figured with MC I would at least get the real deal.
