Steroids are not a good option here. They do nothing for tightening up skin or wrinkles. If anything, you might be a good candidate for TRT so get bloods done to see where things are. I recommend HGH for your goals but remember this is a long term play. 1-2iu per day is plenty.
Even though you hate meal prepping, I find it to be the #1 key to consistency and success. Just pick one day per week and cook for the entire week. That way you always have a healthy option ready for you.

LGD is a great one for adding mass but SARMs are not going to add a ton of mass to you. You are going to have to focus on diet. 158lbs is really light for your height. Make sure you are eating enough of the right kinds of food for gains.
At 45, if you blast and cruise for 2 years, you are unlikely to recover natural test production and require TRT. Can't say that for certain but you really need to think about it and that it is possible you might have to pin for life afterwards.
