Yeah all I did when I hit the quote button was add in the word "out" because he clearly left it out on accident. I didn't change HIS ACTUAL post. I can hit quote and reply to your last post and make it say anything I want but it doesn't change your actual post.

Only used them on back days for pretty much everything. My grip has always sucked and I usually try to go for little higher reps and I had to have them. Had acouple of pairs break on me on deadlifting 465 and 405. Pretty scary but didn't get hurt.

I was 233lbs that morning. My first two miles was in 14:30 and my 2nd 2 mile after the 10 mile ride was in 16:30. If you start off running start with half a mile or something every other day for a week or do then increase it. Also try to find grass to run on, it will help ur knees a lot!
I think we would. Kai has such a unique physique and we are all waiting for him to nail on the Olympia stage just to see the comparisons. Hell I hope he shows up 100% on and we get to see a great battle between them!
Thx guys. Great experience, learned a lot & motivated to train hard this fall and winter for the spring races. I won my division with a time of 1:03 which is about what expected. I want to get that time down in Themis 50s by the spring. My wife took some good pics so I'll post them later today...
Today's my first race since I changed my training up 8 weeks ago (I think). It's a run 2 mile bike 10 mile run 2mile. Course is flat and pretty fast so hopefully I can finish in under 60min but it will be close! Looking forward to it. I'll let yah know how it goes.
Throw in some dandelion root too. It's works really well with the above stated natural stuff from bighorn. Not sure how long I would stay on diazyde. That's just me though
