This chicks bar placement seemed odd to me!
I usually place the bar on my traps.... I looked into a few things and found this:

I was JUST going to post about this. I wore shorts while doing deadlifts for the first time today and scraped the fuck out of my knees. Didn't realize I did that till now.
I was born and raised in PA so when I moved to FL I was really missing the season change. At least in NC I get a little of it. Defiantly not used to the cold anymore tho lol
Has your friend ever read Arnold's encyclopedia of bb? He goes over the concept of "cheat curls" how they're an essential part of bicept growth. I don't see how your forced military press would be any different of a concept. I'm all for it if you can maintain good form. Just as long as it isn't...
I have always wanted to try training with chains. Never had the opportunity to find a gym with them available. We have 100pd plates on base, but no chains. Pity.
