Thanks! You have an awesome physique as well!! Ive always loved just lifting. Although last year a group of my friends gave me the whole "you have to compete, waste of good talent" talk so that kind of opened my eyes to it. I would like to eventually :)
As a female I ran EQ with Var for 8 weeks. Having ran Var before I defiantly noticed a difference in vascularity with EQ. Not to mention the fact that I practically woke up to abs around week 4. lol I didn't really notice anything different in appetite.

Her not liking it means that she's probably just ignorant to it. Try sitting her down and educating a little? Maybe express why you think it is an important part in your athletic journey? A good woman should be shooting you and rubbing it out so you don't bruise after... just sayin'
Just dropping a line to say hi to everyone! I'm currently getting back into the swing of things after a long hiatus, I figured having a good community behind me will defiantly help with motivation and insight. I currently moved out of state, which means I have no friends up here yet!
