I normally use between 25 and 50mcg of t3 a day mornings. And 100mcg of t4 late afternoon. I do feel more energetic later in the day pehaps I should up the dosage of t3 or t4.

You know what when I drink just protein and take caffeine I seem to be fine, push it. But i crash hard. I use t3 but either I don't take enough or it's something else. Protein does seem to help honestly. Either that or a nap.

I didn't write this just doing some research on it after ghandis post. I have used Noopept and it was very nice.

Generally most do 12 x weight in lbs for total cals. Higher protein low carbs and moderate fats. Unless doing a specific diet such as keto.
Sodium is an issue for me haha. Looking at my logs, on "cheat days" I'm at 5,000mg. Normally I'm around 2400mg or so of it.

Already on t3 bc gh made me feel tired too. Many said t3 or t4 would help. This is good to know tho. Bc last time I messed with tren i felt tired except at night, i couldn't sleep between insomnia and acid reflex which was the worst ever!
