Not tracking cardio beyond steps atm, only have enough energy for the 1kg Dumb bell and pilates routine listed above along with daily tasks, currently doing a ton of yard work including pressure washing everything, with fatigue breaks. Slow going but don't want to end up bedridden again 👍

DX hgh deficient post head injury 29 years ago, bloods long ago filed with lithe accident investigations, I don't even know if I still have the paperwork, I ditched a lot of guy scans as the films were deteriorating and sticking together, no longer readable etc. Failed...

I'll take it! Hoping that's muscle gain /maintain plus fat loss.
Pushing weekly tirz out by 12 hours till I get to Friday evening, contain fatigue and nausea sides to weekend.
Will likely move weigh and measure to friday morning as well...
