i have 2 shuffles taht i use. one for back up. i dont like the new nanos as they are too big, shuffle clips to my shirt nicely. only bad thing is the battery sucks in ipods.

week apart is great. usually for most, me included, i come in sharper the 2nd show. ill eat sat night right after first show then back to diet and cardio sun with mon starting low carbs for depletion again, then ill carb up thurs mid day slowly all while keeping water pretty high
