    I did Back today, staring off with Deadlifts for 5 sets, not too heavy. Seated row machine for 5 heavy sets. Reverse grip pulldowns for 5 sets. Bent over DB rows for Rear Delts and finished with 60 mins of Cardio. No plate carrier today.

    I had some health issues on Wednesday & Thursday. I’ve put my prep on hold, plan to see my doc and get some blood work done. I've never had cognitive issues during a prep till now.
