5’9” 190 lbs at 57 y/o 13 weeks out
I’m ready to say screw it. When did I get so freakin old. Not to make excuses, but I just finished my PWO shake. Everything needs work here…

My prep is getting real now. I was too weak to weight train because of yesterday’s back workout, so I did 60 minutes on the treadmill. The only carbs I had today was a banana with my post cardio shake. I’ll start tomorrow off with oatmeal. My abs are coming in and the love handles...
I just had a great Back workout using mostly dumbbells. I’m going to start using them more often now, with Legs the only exception. I’m pulling out the clippers with the hopes of having my wife take some pics soon. I’m fired-up about my training this week!
