I would do some equipoise and some testosterone but do 400 mg of each. Keep the dosing equal. Add winstrol or masteron to the cycle if you want hardening effects.
Nice information about your experience with growth hormone. It's good to see that it helped you burn a lot of fat and got you sleeping so well. That's something a lot of people are missing.
Deca is a good option; 400mg a week is standard. Proviron 50mg a day and then testosterone 500mg a week. If you can't bulk on that, you're in the wrong sport.
