Who here has used both of these? not together of course.
I have some past experience with d-bok. zero experience with Anadrol. I was always under the impression that Anadrol gave more sides with less results. Now I'm not so sure.
Do you guys have a preference? And if so, why do you prefer one...
Do you guys have any tips for increasing your appetite? I've always found things that decrease my appetite but never found anything that works to increase it. Besides smoking pot. Which I can't be doing everyday lol. So what has worked for you guys?
As far as gear goes I've never really found...
As the title states....how often do you switch things up? What do you change? Reps? Volume? Etc.
And if you switch things up, why? Injuries? Plateau? Just get bored?
