yea somebody answer this because i stuck myself with an 1' 1/2 last night and i though i was going to go through and touch my pelvis! im 5' 10" and like 180 with very little fat. do i need to go that far in?

i think that depends what you are trying to achive. if your goal is weight loss, sure it will help. If im shreading i like to do cardio in the am on an empty stomach, that works good for me. if your goal is weight gain, drink pancake batter before bed...lol j/k don't do that. what's your goal?
